This company was called in for an emergency water remediation job in Chester County by a tenant staying in a rental property. The work was absolutely horrible - there were nails, dirt, tackboard, debris, and wood left all about the room. \r

I never received an invoice from Duraclean until 15 months later when I received a phone call that they are looking for payment. At which point they threatened me with legal action unless I paid within 7 days. This is after ZERO prior notice or invoice.\r

Upon attempting to establish what happened between this business and my tenant, one of the owners of the business ""Sandy"" informed me that the conversation was over - either I was paying it or I will see her in court. She hung up on me.\r

Probably one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. Stay away at all costs.\r
