My ice-maker died the day before my big party. Saw the HADCO truck at my neighbors and asked the tech if he worked on Sub Zeros - he said he would ""take a look"" three minutes later he discovered a stuck ice cube and promptly presented me with a bill for $114.95. He charged me $85 to diagnose the problem and $29.95 for labor - SERIOUSLY!!! Three Minutes!! My husband called the owner to discuss and three weeks later we are still waiting for a call back....
Pros: sorry - can't think of a one
Cons: Owner won't return phone calls
