I have called this shop to explain the problem I was having with my unit (once a stereo, twice a TV) The technician solved my problem over the phone and I did not have to bring them in.... The stereo was a bad patch cord, one of the tv's was because the VHF/UHF switch had been inadvertantly changed. They fixed my HH Scott reciever a few years ago and the price was right and it still works fine to this day. I believe them to be honest and to do go work. Some of my friends who still live in the area, still do business with them, even though I have moved to Arizona. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest evaluation or needs a repair.
