The service and staff are really nice and have a very comfortable atmosphere BUT during my visits I have noticed that the pedi bowls are not thoroughly cleaned after each use. I always bring my own tools for use on my feet and ask my girl to wash my bowl. I hope this practice of not thorouhly cleaning the bowls discontinues. I don't want to find a new place because I really like it but that is just a no-no.
