JBU is a great salon. Very friendly atmosphere and little to no Eastside attitude from the clientele.
Cathy is always fantastic. She has many loyal clients because she not only knows how to style or color hair--she knows how to CUT hair. She also knows what will and won't work for you if you are thinking about trying something new. If something won't work, she will be able to recommend something that will make you very happy.
The only negative is the parking in the complex can get full, however, just about everything is within walking distance in downtown Bellevue, so drop the Bellevue drive-a-block-mentality and take a short walk over to Salon JBU. You'll be extremely happy you did!
