Mind 2 Body is a wonderful place! The first time I walked in I was very kindly greeted by Lani (the studio owner) and the rest of the employees are equally as friendly. The whole studio is very clean, I love that fact that after every class everyone must clean his or her mat. It is also a very nicely decorated place with a wide array of equipment. I definitely recommend this place!!!
