I have been an employee at Yours Truly for 10 years. I have been there for the good and bad. By the bad I mean the shoplifting. It's bad to have shoplifting period, but when someone shoplifts they not only take from the store they take from the people who have entrusted us with their items. It was a hard decision for Cinda to make the ""No purse"" rule but she had hired security, had camera installed and finally came to the decision to make this rule. We try to be friendly to all our customers. We appreciate everyones business.We try to greet everyone that comes in. If we miss someone it's not because we aren't friendly we get busy waiting on other customers, putting out new merchandise and working to keep the store neat and organized. If you came in and was offended just give us another try.
