I have been a customer of Precision Camera here in Austin for a little over 4 years now -- and have been totally happy with their sales and support services.\r
Their sales staff is both friendly and knowledgeable and will spend as much time with you as necessary to answer your questions -- help you better understand the capabilities of the camera or lens you are looking at, etc.\r
They work very hard to be competitive with the big box guys and the internet guys -- \r
I am also VERY pleased with their annual Austin Photo Expo that they sponsor (at great expense to them). It is a GREAT opportunity for us customers to talk with the factory Reps -- to learn via the free seminars they offer -- and to be able to directly interface with others who enjoy our hobby\r
