We recently were not successful selling our home, decided to rent it and our realtor suggested RPA to manage our rental since we planned to move out-of-state. Yvonne was assisgned to us in February. She immediately listed our home as a rental, placed a rental sign, and began receiving calls of interested. After 21 days of being listed, she found a renter for our property. Yvonne has always been a great communicator letting us know how things were going. We moved to Arizona and our tentant moved in a day later. Shortly after, Marysville, WA had a really bad wind storm. We were informed by Yvonne that roof tiles were damaged. She had a roofer come out within a few days of the damage and make successful repairs. She again communicated to use via cell phone and our email, even sending us a copy of the roofer's invoice. We LOVE our property manager, Yvonne. We are EXTREMELY pleased with her work.
