First impression of this business is very deceiving. They are friendly and customer savy at first until you start talking with them and doing business with them. Customer satisfaction is not one of their biggest traits. I bounced a check due to the fact that the check was cashed at my bank the same day. There is no way a check can be cashed the same day unless the owner went specifically to my bank and cashed it. Due to the above, he withheld my order and demanded that I come in and pay in cash the amount due him. The owner does not return calls and is very rude when you are trying to explain to him the situation. Then...he hangs up on you while you are talking. I am employed with a company that their revenue are in the billions and worldwide and also in customer service. I can honestly say...Tile Expo is not a customer service business.
