Most people prefer an authentic sushi where the rice is not a ball of mush. Getting the rice ""right"" is one of the hardest things to do when making sushi. Sushi Tokoro has a consistently textured rice that is perfect for sushi and is not too sticky/mushy. The quality of their sushi is superb, never chewy or fishy smelly. The only drawbacks to this place are the location and that it's too small to handle a large group for dinner. I would definitely recommend Sushi Tokoro. It's the best sushi around. Take-out is worthwhile too.
Pros: Great sushi, family owned and operated
Cons: Location in a strip mall
