i agree with vidovicha, the owner is a lawyer, so he knows the legal ways around the system. i would not feel comfortable with my loved one here because the staff is on a permanent revolving door. over the course of any month you may meet 4 new hires. i want a place where people stay long enough to know my mothers quirks and can assist her if needed. to xbilly-i don't doubt the staff for one minute, you have to love this work to do it-its the management i question. this place will never keep a great staff because they all leave to go somewhere with better pay and benefits. talk to any staff member (away from management) before making a decision. everything xrunnermike said is true also- not certified med-techs, dr. note or your fired! i thought the elderly were a high risk group? should someone come in with a fever and expose a high risk individual because they cannot afford a doctor visit and dont want to lose their job? investigate this place thoroughly if you are considering it. I honestly would not be surprised if clients started leaving because of the turnover rate.
Cons: turnover rate
