I spoke to JOHN to set up a pick up and no one showed up to my house, no phone call from the store or the person in charge. I have never used them and I was going based on the reviews of the other users.
Cons: NEVER SHOWED UP FOR HOME PICK UP SERVICE- NO PHONE CALL
