I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with this company. I believe that the previous 2 reviews were written by two of the people who actually work there so do not believe the authenticity of those reviews. I called them to find out information about the where abouts of my vehicle and I was not being mean or rude and when Gustavo would not give me any information I decided that I would just call back later and speak to his manager. At that point I asked for his name and he called me a B**** and hung up on me. No apology was made when I had to see him face to face later that night and it is men like this that make Las Vegas truly feel like a sleazy place to live.
You may want to check out their Better Business Bureau ranking because they have many complaints and have an F rating.
