The ""no refunds"" sign should have been my first indicator. I waited 15 minutes for a bourbon street chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were bland and undercooked, my sandwich was just a naked grilled chicken breast under shoddy produce, and even my coke was flat! I threw it away after two bites. Shameful!
