I chose Big Sky Chem Dry for two reasons 1 the non chemical process for cleaning carpet and 2 my past experience with their customer service. THey are timely, efficient and do an exceptional job. I also used them for the first time to clean the tile and grout on a new home we purchased. I thought I would have to re-grout but tried them first. What a job! I basically looks new! I was beyond pleased! Thanks for exceptional work and an exceptional process.
