I was very at ease with Tim after with one conversation on the phone and knew I wanted Eagle transmission to do my repairs. I ask a lot of question about the cost of repairing a transmission and they did not try to sugar coat the cost to get my business. The estimate they gave me was a little higher than the actual cost. I tried to get estimates from other transmission repair businesses but they would not try to give me an estimate. The free towing was great and service afterwards was great.
