I've used Steve's many years back with luck, But recently I called for a door mirror glass....The person that took the call was on the rude side { was I bothering you ?} and gave me short generic answers.
I simply wanted a door mirror glass to replace the glass that was broken, I asked for the exact replacement and was given a generic answer, Advised of a heating option the mirror had and this really annoyed the person ....I was given the same price and I asked if it would be compatable with the heating option It was not , which I was not advised but had to keep prying for an answer.
I finally ordered a complete mirror online and had it painted to match my car , I was much happier with this result anyway compared to just getting a piece of mirror glass cut and losing the defog option.
