Adam is a super professional and knowledgeable therapist. I came to him with lots of tension in my neck, shoulders, and arms from a really repetitive job, and he has helped me get such incredible relief. He uses just the right amount of pressure to get my tight muscles to release and he also gives me really good stretches that I can do on my own. We've also started to do some work on my low back pain and he's helped me a ton there, too.
I would highly recommend Adam. For those who might be hesitant to see a male therapist, he is very professional and puts me at ease. I plan on continuing to see Adam for a very long time!
