Im so sorry that Amanda had such a bad experience. This is a rustic setting, but that does not condone mouse droppings, cobwebs and lack of air conditioning. We install window unit air conditioning for everyone, but perhaps she was not informed. That summer I was shifting my management. I wish she had told me then. I could have corrected some of these conditions.
ON the other hand this is not a manicured estate with shiny reproductions. We keep the grasses down in all walking paths, yards and occupied areas, but leave bush in many area for wildlife habitat, and almost all of my decor is handmade.
