Being new the area I took to citysearch to find a great salon in town. Moda had great reviews, so I booked an appointment with Melba. She was *phenomenal*!!!! She spent so much time with me, and while she did make a few suggestions, she also really listened to what I said.
Moda made a life-long customer out of me :)
