I have always (at least 16 years) been impressed with the service that I have received with the various doctors. Although the vet visit is usually stressful (injuries) I have always felt like someone else cared about my animals From Dr. Lanza to Dr. Flack to those in between to Dr. Jogan. On two occasions, I have felt that I was bothering the vet and that she wished I had not brought my animal in-unfortunately both occasions were with Dr. Carpentier. I now look at the wall sign when I get in the office and my heart sinks when I see her name because I know that I am going to leave feeling worse than when I arrived. There are six animal hospitals closer to my home but I like to go where I feel comfortable and have faith in the doctors. Help me keep my faith!!
