Called this service to have my television repaired. I have a 1998 50"" Pioneer plasma display. After i described the type of set that i have, a person on the phone said he call me right back. Few minutes later they call me back and said that i should not waste my money. since parts are not available. I was still skeptical so i called Pioneer and they said the same thing. I was very happy they were honest and did not charge me for service. Very good customer service
