I was an existing customer, I went there after not having visited them for 2yrs, it turned out that they had my file in ""storage"", therefore wanted to charge me again for the initial pet examination to open a new file and on top of that they tried to charge me over hundred dollars for my dog's travel papers, while I found later that the papers I needed are available to download for free and other vets charge $25 to fill them out.
I decided to get a second opinion from Redwood Animal Hospital. There service was friendlier, I didn't need to worry about an appointment, people more knowledgeable and what they offered me matched exactly the EU travel requirements.
