I've been to a bunch of sushi/japanese restaurant ( including Iron Sushi ) around Miami, most of them very high end and expensive. I've got to say that the best sushi I've had so far has been at Hiro's Sushi Express and their prices aren't pretentious. I've been to the one on Washington only and the service there has always been acceptable. It isn't a restaurant, so why would you expect the service one is rendered at a restaurant? It's a grab and go kind of place where the food is actually, in my opinion, the best and could easily be served at any high end sushi bar. It's fresh, it looks appealing and beautifully rolled, I love it and you will too. Iron sushi seems to be a favorite, but it doesn't even compare to Hiro's for me.
