After going to another vet who dismissed my 3 year old cat Lily's symptoms, Dr.Kelso diagnosed her with asthma, a heart murmur, and a slightly enlarged heart. She listened to everything, didn't rush the appointment, and answered all questions thoroughly. The rest of the staff was equally as friendly and very caring. They are a little bit more expensive than other vets I had been too but they let me pay have that day and half a month later. I would much rather pay more for my pet's health than go back to to a vet who didn't care.
