I purchased a $3000 Samsung LCD TV from Best Buy and decided to pay an additional $350 for an extended warranty. The TV started to have problems and I called Best Buy to repair the problem. Best Buy said that Aid Audio & TV Service Corporation would pick up my TV and fix it.
When the tech arrived at my home he said it would take 5 to 7 days to fix it. I called a few times to get a status check on what the problem was with the TV and when I would get it back. The people at the company are so rude and unprofessional that it was a problem to ask them a question. Now it has been over two weeks, they have received the part, installed it and tested it but have not called to deliver my TV.
If I were you I would never use this company's service. Just look at all the reviews. Over 31 people have given them 1 star. I am sure we would have all rated them lower if we could.
