We have been trying for over a month to have our Morgan Spa serviced. No callbacks for 2 weeks. When we finally got in touch with the one and only serviceman and a date and time was scheduled for him to come out for which we were home the entire day..took off work. No call to cancel....just didn't show up. After we spoke with the owner/manager, the service guy called and put us off for another week. DO NOT PURCHASE EQUIPMENT FROM THIS RETAILER AS THERE IS NO SERVICE AVAILABLE.
