I was told that Metro Livery were the best people to use for car service in Nashville. What I found was extremly disappointing. Apon calling the first time I had a lady answer the phone saying, ""Ma'am have you tried the making a reservation online, we're busy right now."" There was no, ""Hello this is Metro Livery,"" and I'm a man, so I have no idea who she thought she was talking to. After she heard my voice she said, ""Oh, this is the wrong person,"" and just hung up on the phone. The calls after that weren't much different. People pushing me to the website, when I did have internet service where I was. I had to call four times before I could make a reservation. I had to call and change from a town car to a van the next day. I did that, and the lady was very short with me on the phone. As a percaution I called back the next day to have to lady tell me that the reservation still had ""town car"" down for what was coming to get us, which of course was wrong. On top of all this the morning came for them to pick us up. The call was for 5:15am and they did not show until 5:40am. This was extremly disappointing and they will not be getting my business ever again. Cons: From customer service to pick up, awful more
