gotta laugh at all the fake reviews posted here. I was a tenant a while back at a building run by EGL. they were a disaster. rude, dismissive, never responded to maintenance calls. every so often they'd show up unannounced demanding to ""inspect"" units with no notice. EGL kept promising to fix the health violations in the building and never did. their neglect, contempt for tenants and horrible attitude made me and several other longtime tenants decide to abandon the place and move on. a friend who's still living there told me recently most of the good people have left, lots of units are empty, and most of the people left are the ""problem tenants"". sleaze attracts sleaze, I guess. he's now looking for another place too
