I called and spoke to Dick this a.m. to see about getting a heater for my Jacuzzi Spa J320. Jacuzzi is out of business in St. Louis and Watson won't let me buy a heater and install it myself. Pool King was friendly enough, but basically said, for me to think about it before trying to do it myself. Dick said, ""no problem to order it, just put half down and pay half when you pick it up."" ""If I need a tech they have tech's on call all day."" Aspen does not ""make"" you call a svc. tech. for $200. So, Dick saved me $200 and was knowlegable and friendly-talking to me as if I were his friend. Now that's service in this economy of hard times.
