I enjoy attending classes at this Dahn Yoga center on Tuesday & Thursday nights. The atmosphere is soothing, and the stretching and calithenics allow me to work on improving my body at my own pace. Master Sunny is an excellent instructor, and I also like the people I've met there. Everyone is polite and encouraging.\r

The Crystal City Dahn Yoga center is located in the Crystal Gateway building complex, near the Sport & Health club.
