I was a customer here for the last two years or so but opted not to return when I needed my last haircut. My stylist is/was good but I'm so tired of the salon's service. Nearly every single appointment I would get a phone call asking if I could be moved earlier or later in the same day. Like many people, I'm busy and I book my appointments at times that fit my schedule. To have to adjust my day because they didn't schedule properly in the first place shouldn't be my problem.
The last straw for me was an email announcing that gratuities are no longer accepted on credit cards. Hunh? It's 2010. That is such poor customer service--I shouldn't have to stop at an ATM on my way to an appointment when I don't normally carry cash.
These may both be little things but when I'm paying more than $60 for 20 minutes in a chair, I expect top-notch service. Denver has more than enough salons to pick from and I've found a new one that I love.
