What a relief. Our old family physicians group was part of a megahospital and they just did not seem to care whether we were happy. We have excellent coverage and so I want great care. Dr. Rupe and Charlotte's Premiere Health are it. My husband, stepson and I go, and I have even brought my niece (teenager) and glad i did. I won't go anywhere else. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes and they were able to get me medicine right then saving a trip to the pharmacy. My husband had a physical recently and they were very helpful explaining the details. Thank you so much Dr. Carol. And thanks to the staff who treat us like we are the most important people every time we go.
