Ann diagnosed and repaired my stove VERRY reasonably!! Further, she educated me on my other appliances and how to keep them functioning long after their intended lifespan.\r

She can absolutely educate anyone on how to make your appliances last 20 yrs or better as long as you are willing to apply her wisdom. I know I will!!! And, I will check her inventory before I ever buy a new appliance again!!\r
