I went to get some rims for my Accord, and right away they helped me pick out a nice set of rims. They were friendly and complimentary of my car, assured I was getting a good deal and promised the rims would be in first thing in the morning, and he would give me a call to come in.
I didn't get a call first thing in the morning like they promised, so I went an hour before they closed. The same friendly guy just 24 hours ago was a jerk this time! Not only was he unfriendly this time, but he denied saying the rims would be in today, and I should come back tomorrow ""first thing in the morning."" I said, ""That's what you guys told me yesterday."" ""Nope, I never said that. That wasn't part of the deal,"" he said. Wow, what customer service these guys have.
WTS = WTF??
Pros: They'll treat you right one day...
Cons: Then treat you like garbage the next!!
