In a world where customer service is amiss, the small business owners usually stand apart. That was not the case at Active Arms today. I went there to find some reloading supplies and they had the kit I wanted for $389. Bruce the owner asked me if I wanted it and when I told him I had found it at Sportsman's Warehouse for $50 less, I was sarcastically told to go buy it over there and I could ask them for their advice because they were so, ""knowledgeable"" about firearms but not to bother asking him if I did get it over there.
In summary, for a small private business, the people at Active Arms seemed to care more about their pride then about customer service. I went in because I heard Bruce knew his stuff but instead, was met with an arrogant prideful, better than thou attitude. Rest assured, I will never do business there again.
Pros: Good ammo prices, lots of reloading supplies
Cons: Cranky and arrogant!
