If you are tired of fly-by-night companies then the search is over. There is no high pressure sale here either. We are so glad we finally found a reputable company to meet our heating and Air conditioning needs. After contacting several of the competitors for estimates we realized that Paterson Heating a Plumbing are the most knowledgeable and personable company in the area their products are top of the line. Prices were so reasonable that we were able to purchase the Train Furnace and Air conditioning system and also purchase the Kinetico water system from them which all so quiet and economical to use which is just wonderful. Service is above reproach they are punctual, fast, clean, and a pleasure to work with. They have put together the best team of employees who are a great asset to the business that also gives exceptional customer service. They had our new furnace, Air conditioner and water softener up and running the same day. They removed all the old furnace derbies and left everything so neat and clean. Although they did have to come back when the weather warmed up enough to check out the Air conditioner to be sure it was set to meet their specifications and working properly. The office called on the first warm day to say they wanted to come just like they said they would. I didnâ??t have to call them to remind them such a nice surprise. We cannot say enough praise to show our appreciation. Our thanks go to everyone at Patterson for everything, and a job well done.
