My wife and I were first time homebuyers and we got our mortgage through Blue Water Mortgage. Jeff Davis, our mortgage broker, was one of the best, down to earth and straight to the point broker. He was always available to answer our questions and made sure that he offered a solution that worked best for us. He surpassed our expectations. We closed on our loan within 3 weeks. Originally we talked to 2 banks, but we were told that in order to purchase a condominium we were looking at, we would need 20% down payment and our interest rate would be 5.5%. Jeff was able to get us a mortgage with 10% down payment and 4.75% interest rate. What a difference and relief for us!
