This is the first of many kennels where I've taken my dog and she wasn't trying to run back to the car the second we walked through the door. Instead her tail is wagging and she can't wait to say hello to the staff. Everyone that works at Shadowbrook is professional and warm. The dogs never lack for attention, and they take great care of my dog when she's there. The only drawback, and this could be said of any kennel, is to emphasize whatever directions you may have re: food/meds, etc. up front. On occasion, directions don't get passed along to the next shift and something slips through the cracks. But I wouldn't take her anywhere else, and I highly recommend Shadowbrook. Your dog will be safe, well taken care of, and loved while you're away, leaving you the ability to enjoy yourself instead of worrying.
