I never thought I would create an account with a review site, but the Customer Service at All Valley Transportation was so poor that I created an account just to leave my review.
I wish I could have actually used their service to give a Full Review, but my opinion of their Customer Service was so bad that I decided to go with another company.
During our 20 minute phone conversation, the man I spoke with on the phone put me on hold 3 times for a total of about 10 minutes. When I asked clarification on their Rates he became irritated and told me to go with a Taxi company. I have PLENTY of money and was offended by his comments when all I was doing was asking for clarification. At the end of the conversation he just kept saying ""ok, yep, uh huh, ok. Bye"" He honestly didn't care about my business and was very vocal about it.
Pros: Wish I could name one
Cons: Terrible Customer Service
