Maybe the best French Bistro's in the whole Metro area. Can't believe this is the first review.
The foods are a combination of French cooking school experiences with delightful, mouth watering accompaniments combined with the realities of their location in Surprise. This means everything from sweetbreads to meatloaf. The pork and braised beef dishes are incredibly delicious and the hamburger is one of the best I've ever experienced. My wife, and others, have commented that the Quiche is the best she's ever tasted.
My challenge is to keep coming back until I finally have a bad meal (I don't think I will but in the meantime, I win every time). A plus: BYOB. Setups are only $2.00.
The waitstaff is friendly and attentive and we've never felt rushed.
Pros: Fresh foods prepared lovingly by owners trained in Paris
Cons: They're getting too busy; used to be able to just walk in.
