t just keeps getting better and better. A friend of mine from France said that, when ""The Boating Party"" was loaned to a Paris museum (from the Phillips), lines to see it were blocks and blocks long. The French stood in front of it and cried. That story really gave me a new appreciation for ""The Boating Party"" in particular (am not usually a big Renoir fan) and also for the collection as a whole. Always a surprise - and a comfort at the same time. And who could not like the mansion setting, especially when there are live concerts there on Sunday afternoons.
Pros: great traveling exhibits
Cons: pricey
