Extremely bad service at lunch time 4/30/2010

My daughter was done with her doctors appointment and I wanted to take her for lunch before dropping her off at her school. She loves Chinese food so I took her to John Hollys. We were seated at 12.00 pm. It was 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. I ordered 4 entrees - 2 for my daughter and myself to eat there and two to go. We got our soup at 12.30pm. And then it was 1pm and we still dit not get our entrees and my daughter was starving. We were seated in the side room and so the waiter Kim who was assigned to our table did not even bother to check in on us. After waiting 1hr and 15 minutes at lunch time and still no sign of our entrees and Kim would completely avoid me even when I was trying to signal her to get her attention. I finally asked another waiter to look up our order and to get all of it to get it to go. And wonder of wonders, the togo orders did not even have the spring rolls or soup. My daughter had to eat her food in the car while I was driving. Pros: Near to my house and office Cons: Extremely bad service at lunch time more
