My friends and I recently had a horrible experience with Tru Limousine (Driver name: Troy) when our fun night out ended very badly. To make a long story short, we had a very unprofessional limo driver that was very rude and unwilling to do his job. No.# 1, he never opened the door for us. No.# 2, when we asked him to drive us to a second location, he appeared very irritated and upset about it. He also became argumentative and annoyed. He kept reminding us what time it was and how we would go over it. No. #3 We PAID the extra hour to extend our night, but after getting back to the limo 40 minutes PRIOR to the end-time, he refused to drive us back home unless we paid him another $97. All-in-all the unprofessionalism of the limo driver was a most unpleasant and unnecessary incident. I do not at all recommmend this service. To ensure a worry-free fun night out, I suggest looking for a different company.
