Having recently moved to Spokane, I feel very fortunate to have found STRATA SALON?s new downtown location on the corner of First & Lincoln. They are incredible! Although I?m a natural brunette, I?m about 40% gray, and I?ve been getting highlights for several years, so when I walked in STRATA?s door, I had almost an inch of gray grow-out, my hair was dry and over-worked, the highlight color was near orange, and I was near tears. STRATA?s owner, Ch?r?, greeted me at the door; she was super-understanding, and calmly assured me help was on its way. I was not only amazed, but also very pleased when one of her stylists, Keilah, rearranged her personal schedule so she could ?fix? me that very evening. She worked magic on my hair! By the time I walked out of STRATA, my hair was healthy and beautiful; I felt like a whole new person, and I?ve been getting compliments ever since. My husband was so impressed, he insists I remain a loyal customer at his expense! I can?t get much luckier that that! Thank you, STRATA!
