Quick story, the bread was aged and we requested to change it, the waiter replied saying that everything was like that. I told him to take the bread then as I did not want to eat it. He got another loaf of bread from a bag and my partner was able to see him cutting it and placing it in the oven. Same issue, the bread was age and it would crumble into pieces. We had it as it was warm and we were hungry, shortly after we saw the waiter throwing the same bag of bread into the garbage. The food was salty and my steak was over cooked. The entry was fine though. We have a Peruvian restaurant in Toronto where these people should go to learn about customer service and quality cooking...
