I've been a customer since day 1... never had a bad meal, the staff is friendly an even helps you out to your car with large orders. They have reasonably fast delivery, ...but they guarantee the food is hot when you get...and it is.
Pros: huge menu, large portions, extremely clean
Cons: parking on busy nights
