I walked in with a planter pot I had purchased earlier in the month. The cashier at the line immediately by the entrance asked if she could help me and I said I have a return. She said sharply, do you have a receipt, and I said, no I cannot find it. She immediatley started yelling (I was about 6 feet away, having just walked in the door), ""no no returns, no refunds, no exchanges, no credits. No!"" I said OK, I am going to take this back to my car.
