I purchased my dress from here months ago. I've also ordered all of my bridesmaids dresses from here. When I went it to look for dresses, my consultant was not pleasant AT ALL. She appeared agitated because I wasn't have the ""right"" reaction to the dresses I was trying on. I felt extremely rushed and the 3 people I brought with me were made to stand in the hallway. When we went to look for bridesmaid dresses, the place was packed with people and our consultant paid NO attention to me or the one bridesmaid I was with. After standing around without any help, we walked out. When we came back it wasn't as packed but the staff had a the same attitude and seemingly didn't care if we found anything we liked or not. I attempted to make an alterations appointment here and the staff told me that I would need to find an outside vendor because I couldn't take off from work to come in. I don't know why I continued to go back to this place. They could care less about you as an individual and see you only as a way to make money. They are rude, understaffed and openly talk about people while you are standing next to them. I stood at a counter waiting to fill out paperwork while the staff finished their personal conversation next to me. HORRIBLE service. Don't give them your money, they don't work for it or deserve it in my opinion.
